Adina Dorch
Adina Dorch joined the IAM National Benefit Funds Office in November 2021, in a dual role capacity as the Director of the IAM National 401(k) Plan & Fund, as well as the Director of Communications. Adina is a specialized employee benefits attorney licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the Supreme Court of the United States. For the last fifteen years she has been advising, training, and passionately advocating on behalf of boards, their committees, and their stakeholders; not only advising on how to manage public sector retirement plans in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, but also designing comprehensive educational programs, including workshops and virtual learning paths, geared toward reimagining the roles of governance and compliance in advancing strategic objectives.
Adina received her undergraduate degree from Elon University in North Carolina and her Juris Doctor (JD) from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. She also holds a Master’s in Applied Project Management, and is a few credits shy of completing her Master of Laws in Tax (LLM), from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
