Please continue to submit your employee deferral remittance reports and send in your payroll contribution payments through normal means. Information regarding Contribution Reporting can be found at www.iam401k.org/employers/contribution-reporting. Contributions will continue to be processed and forwarded to John Hancock. In addition, deferral information will continue to be forwarded to you by the Benefit Funds Office each Friday if there are any updates.
During the office closure, our Education Team will still be available to assist you. Please contact your territory’s Pension Coordinator if you require assistance to identify the appropriate Education Representative.
