To submit Remittance Reports every pay period for the IAM National 401(k) Fund, you will need access to the Employer Self Service (ESS) portal.

To obtain your ESS log-in credentials via email, click here, select "ESS System Inquiry" as the subject, and include the following information in the body of the form for the person requiring access:

  • Employer and Location Code(s)
  • Name
  • Job Title
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number

Payments

To fund your required contributions, you may:

  1. Submit funds through ESS via the secure online payment feature in partnership with Truist
  2. Initiate a wire or ACH direct from your bank

If submitting payment outside of ESS, a submittal form is available for printing at the time of file submission in ESS.
