IAM National 401(k) Fund Standard Contract Language

The bargaining parties that participate in the IAM National 401(k) Plan ("the Plan") must agree to the Fund's Standard Contract Language (SCL). This document sets forth the basis for participation in and contributions to the Fund.

Certain options, as shown in the Plan's Standard Contract Language, may be negotiated by the bargaining parties.
